After graduating from Western Washington University with degrees in Creative Writing and French, Julia Smit decided to combine her love of travel, grammar, and general weirdness with the only one true unifier: Puns.
Well, that’s not really true, since puns are actually very alienating to non-native speakers. But they are the highest form of humor, as is a universally agreed upon fact.
And that’s how Noun Conformist was born.
Here, you will find humor, grammar nerdiness, and travel stories. And hopefully no more writers referring to themselves in the third person for dramatic effect. It’s lazy.
